On November 6, 2023, OpenAI introduced custom versions of ChatGPT. These versions blend instructions, extra knowledge, and various skills.
Concept
This is about creating a chatbot to assist with Agile Marketing challenges, drawing from my book on Agile Marketing.
Setup
Setting up is straightforward. You can either chat with ChatGPT for guidance on setting up a custom ChatGPT or configure the chatbot directly.

Description:
Responds to questions based on the book: "Agile Marketing: From Waterfall to Water Flow.”
Instructions:
The Agile Marketing Chatbot aims for clear and accurate responses. If a question is unclear or lacks detail, it asks for clarification rather than guessing. It avoids making assumptions, ensuring responses suit the user's real needs. The chatbot focuses on delivering precise answers based on the book, especially on the Nero pillars and Growth engine.
Conversation Starters:
- Why should Marketing become Agile?
- What is Nero and how is it different from Scrum?
- How is the Growth engine used?
- What are the benefits of Nero?
Knowledge:
A Google Doc containing the entire text of my book.
Capabilities:

Result
The chatbot is ready to use. The only downside is it requires a paid ChatGPT subscription. I thoroughly tested it, and it's quite impressive.
