What is this about:
Design thinking It is a human-focused, prototype-driven, innovative design process. It is a fundamental concept in Product discovery. It includes:
- Customer empathy,
- How to define the problem,
- How to ideate for solutions,
- Prototyping your ideas,
- Testing design solutions.
Collaborate with your manager to define an area/feature that you would like to run the design thinking process. If there are other fellow members that are working in the same skill, do a joint session. If not, do it alone.
